EQUALITY
EVERY CHILD MATTERS.
NO CHILD SHOULD BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY AS A RESULT OF A PRIVATE MEDICAL DECISION, RACE, RELIGION, OR GENDER.
Our district leadership has created an environment where due to a private medical decision, they may not have equal access to education through in-person learning. Even in instances where such directives came from the state of California, our district leaders have not pushed back in a single instance questioning the policy or requesting re-evaluation. This has resulted in children feeling excluded, discrimated against, and blamed.

In addition, the district is enabling curriculum and trainings that place a persons value or status in society on race alone. This has resulted in children feeling confused, guilty, or angry about how they were born.

We believe that no child should be treated differently as a result of private medical decisions, race, religion, or gender, and will hold the administration accountable to ensure there is not discrimination of ANY kind or in ANY form.
